Collaboration—I’ve done quite a bit of it lately. It’s often odd to watch what you have created come back with a completely different feel, as if a few words here or there can send a poem off in another direction. This makes me think back to Homer. How different were the Iliad and Odyssey with different readers? Was it like going to a remake of a famous film that in the new version stinks?
