In the quiet of the valley,
in the stillness between the hills,
In the glow of the rising sun,
in the soft hum of the earth,
In the cool shadow of the oak,
in the endless sweep of sky,
In the rustle of the grasses,
in the whisper of the breeze,
The morning stirs with no haste,
the day unfolds in quiet grace.
In the distant song of birds,
in the quiet steps of deer,
In the bloom of the wild rose,
in the gentle curve of the stream,
The world breathes slow and sure,
the world is full of simple things.
