23.  Throw your naked, paint-spattered body against butcher paper over and over and number each body splotch 1, 78, 49, 3.

*Do not worry about spilling paint or splattering it.  The true adventure poet never worries about such mundane things.

* If you change the numbers, many bad things will happen in your life.
