i heard dana ward read last night at the myopic series. he’s not the most exciting reader (neither am i), but his work was interesting; plus, he gave me a copy of magazine cypress which he edits. it’s nice issue filled with poets like mark tardi (baseball guru poet), anselm berrigan, kari edwards, and many others. i enjoyed reading through it this morning.
