La parola da casa, Serena Piccoli

i just finished reading catherine daly's Locket (tupelo press). nice collection. catherine has a great ear and is good at producing images that spark images in my head (not that she's writing for me alone--although that would be neat). her lyrics are compact in a way that early levertov work is, and her love poems even remind me of levertov's, except that levertov's are much less certain. fun work though.
